I did not burn out because I could not handle my life.
I burned out because I handled too much of it for too long without ever questioning why.
Capable in a way that made people trust me with more.
I have always been capable in a way that made people trust me with more, and over time, that became a defining part of how I moved through the world.
I built a life that worked, and from the outside, it looked stable, successful, and completely manageable.

What was not visible was how much I had taken on.
What was not visible was how much I had taken on, how deeply I had normalized that level of responsibility, and how little space there was for anything that supported me in return.
Eventually, that way of operating caught up with me, and burnout showed up in ways I could no longer push through, ultimately leading to autoimmune issues that forced me to stop and look at what I had been carrying.
Not more organized. Not better time management.
The turning point was not about becoming more organized or learning how to manage my time better.
It was about rebuilding how my life was structured, including what I took responsibility for, what I stopped carrying, and how I made decisions about what actually belonged to me.
That shift changed everything in a way that no surface-level strategy ever could.
I help women rebuild the way they operate.
Now I help women who are just as capable, driven, and overloaded recognize what they are carrying, release what was never theirs, and build a way of living that actually supports them.
Work with me.
If what I have described is what you have been living inside of, you do not need to keep managing it on your own. This is where we change it properly.
A straightforward conversation. Clarity, direction, and a way forward that actually works.
